Company Updates

Getting back to normal, but there are some slight changes still in place. We will update here if their situations change. Some FAQ's:

  • We still have significant inventory to supply our customers, and new inventory is flowing in nicely now.
  • Due to the increased cost of transport and payment processing, we can no longer offer order cancellations, alterations, or returns on any orders once paid. This is in effect until further notice.
  • Feel free to place your online order without concern. We'll review the order prior to any payment processing. If there is a low stock situation, we'll confirm with you on time frame and if you wish to continue with the purchase.
  • We'll continue to do our best not to increase pricing on any items during and after this pandemic but accept much of this depends on manufacturer and transport pricing.

WHERE IS THE PAYPAL CHECKOUT OPTION

  • Yes you can still pay with PayPal, but auto checkout for PayPal is temporarily suspended.
  • Due to the no cancellation policy we currently have in effect, we don't want people forwarding Paypal payments until we confirm we have the product in stock for you. Once confirmed we can send you a PayPal direct invoice.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
 
FIRST - Understand the new policies in place: Placing your order does not commit you to that order and it can be cancelled or altered. Only once an order is paid there are no cancellations, refunds, returns, or alterations to the order. No exceptions.
SECOND - Checkout will only offer "Credit card by telephone or PayPal" option. Please let us know at the time of order placement if you prefer PayPal or credit card by telephone. Once your order is placed, we will email or call you to confirm the order, and change anything you may need altered. At this point we can send a PayPal final invoice or call you for CC processing.

 

These policies ensure you only commit to your order once you know our inventory level and how quickly we can get it to you.

$CAD Invoices-

The webshop will no longer offer the currency conversion option. If a Canadian Dollar invoice is required, please email with your request and we will respond with a manual invoice for your review based on current conversion rates.
