  1. Tariffs?
    Honestly we gave up trying to make any sense of tariffs. Fedex has been charging us tariff fees recently on US shipments so we have now implemented a Fedex tariff charge for all US States and Territories. Might change, might not. Might change, then change back. Then change again. If you have a Fedex or UPS import account, we are happy to ship on your account. The Fedex tariff fee and freight cost would be removed from your invoice prior to payment arrangement. We don't charge tariffs to any other country on Earth or Mars.

  2. How do you ship to the US, Overseas, or Canada?

    We welcome customers from all over the world and ship daily to Europe and Asia, and Australia.

    International Orders:

    • We use Canada Post (EMS Express with full tracking and 4 - 6 day delivery), Fedex, and UPS for international shipping. Our automated system may not quote an accurate fraight cost for overseas desitnations. In this case we will contact you with a spot quote.

    USA Orders:

    • All orders to US destinations will be shipped Fedex or UPS with full tracking. We do not ship to PO boxes. Expect a $25 additional freight charge to Alaska and Hawaii to be added after you complete your order, but prior to payment.

    Canada Orders:

    • Canadian domestic orders will ship with either Fedex, UPS, or Canada Post based on priority and your preferred method.

  3. Is there tracking available for my purchase?
    Every purchase comes with full tracking that is emailed to you as soon as the product is shipped.
