Today's big bore performance 150 160 187 205+ engines require much more exhaust flow than the factories offer. Our flagship race exhaust system features an unrivaled, hand crafted carbon fiber muffler with an industry leading 45mm inlet and thru pipe, CNC machined billet aluminum end cap. Stainless steel, one piece, two stage, stepped 32mm (1 1/8 inch) header flows to a massive 45mm in the pipes second stage. No spark arrestor is offered for this model. Seamless header bends are a work of art. This pipe is not for your stock bore mini. Designed for 125cc engines and up, this pipe offers maximum unrestricted flow and a deep 450 roar. The Shotgun Series pipe is LOUD. The carbon fiber muffler guarantees light weight and undivided attention. The whole system weighs in at an ultraslim 1.1kg, rivaling the weight savings of Ti systems costing over twice the price. For comparison, the average OEM pit bike exhaust weighs in at over 2kg. • will not fit perimeter frames
• does not fit Honda CRF50 frames without modification to the horizontal header section and addition of muffler frame mount adaptor (not included)
