Takegawa 67mm SCUT Repair Parts - KLX110 [MM-885]

Takegawa OEM replacement pistons and parts for all 67mm SCUT kits with 178cc bore and +R Superheads for the Kawasaki KLX110 KSR110. Takegawa's factory tolerances on all SCUT kits are extremely tight. Because of this, Takegawa offers three pistons for replacement depending on exact cylinder diameter. It is imperative that you measure your cylinder diameter at a minimum of 6 seperate locations throughout the bore, using the largest figure as your final diameter. Order your replacement piston as follows:

  • 66.986-67.000mm = piston discontinued
  • 67.001-67.014mm = order piston T20Y
  • 67.015-67.030mm = order piston T20B

Any cylinder above 67.030mm is out of service range and should be replaced!

Takegawa marks most cylinders on the exterior with a red, yellow, or blue dot. This color may be used as reference to your cylinder diameter, but physical measurement is best.
