Takegawa further increases power and performance with the R-Stage +D (auto decompression) and R-Stage EM line of bore kits. Along with increased displacement, Takegawa includes the venerable R-Stage 26/22.5mm valve cylinder head with titanium valve retainers to combat valve float at high rpm. R-Stage camshafts are available in 3 profiles both in regular and auto decompression design. High Compression kits from 88cc through 124cc in single spark and Twin Spark versions to suit all demanding riders.

The R-Stage EM line was introduced to allow owners to benefit from a race head with less initial expense. Identical to the R-Stage head in valve and port size and design, the EM heads are equipped with steel valve retainers, and the kits come with a milder race camshaft. This head is completely upgradeable to full R-Stage level by adding titanium retainers and your choice of R-Stage camshaft at any time.
