Limited production Takegawa 4SM +R Superhead is designed for use on Takegawa Factory complete engines but is the top of the line replacement head for big bore builds on Honda CRF and Honda Nice engines. Includes oversize 30mm/24.5mm IN/EX valves. Comes with everything you see in the picture. Accepts all standard CRF +R and +R Decomp camshafts sold separate.
